GDPR compliance:


We are a small owner operated organisation. We only store basic information regarding completed purchases which include your name, address and contact details at the time of your purchase. An electronic or paper record of your invoice is stored according to current legal requirements so we can account for VAT, tax (or VAT exemption if purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle). We do not share or sell any personal information with outside organisations such as finance companies for your loan application) without your express permission. We do not store ethical, family, religious or financial information in any form.

Part Exchange:


We accept part exchange as a natural part of our business. If communicating by electronic methods prior to visiting us please provide as much information as possible about your vehicle so we can get an accurate valuation. If you are travelling some distance to us it is in your best interests as we may have to revise our offer for your part exchange if there are important details that were not disclosed to us at the time of assessment.

We will accept a car, caravan, motorhome, camper, minibus or adapted vehicle even if its value is greater than the car you are buying. We can arrange to refund over value by cash or BACS. We can settle existing finance agreements if required.



Vehicles must be paid for in full at time of or prior to collection by either cash or bank transfer. If your purchase exceeeds £9000 then only bank transfer or finance company payment is accepted. Vehicles will not leave the premises until payment is complete. If we are buying from you we will pay by either cash or BACS payment. Again if the price exceeds £9000 we will only pay by BACS or cheque. If you wish to leave a card or paypal deposit to secure your vehicle prior to collection or delivery this is available by separate negotiation and is refunded when the full purchase price is paid.


Sales Administration Charges:


None: We do not charge admin fees for our vehicles, finance, lease or additional services.




We will provide a full finance quotation for your approval. Our finance partner, Octane Finance, are a leading broker in prime and sub prime applications and offer a variety of products to match your purchase to your budget. Our typical representative APR is 6.9% but this is representative and subject to status and finance approval. Your mobility car can be delivered once Octane give us the clearance required. For your information:

Car Price £11000 Advance Payment Deposit £1000 Borrowing £10000 over 60 months with a representative APR of 6.9%, a fixed rate of 3.65% and fees of £0, the amount repayable would be £197.08 per month and a total amount payable including the advance payment deposit of £12825.


Warranty, guarantees and other terms and conditions:


All vehicles will be sold on their individual merits with descriptions that are as accurate as possible allowing for age and mileage as well as related minor marks and wear that should be expected. As they are used items of varying ages some will have obvious but acceptable minor age related faults or wear and tear which is natural and, if necessary, will be detailed on your paperwork. Normal wear and tear is not a fault and is not our responsibility as the seller. Occasionally after you have collected your car a glitch or fault may occur which is not classified as normal wear and tear and is not acceptable and is deemed by both parties as pre existing when we sold the vehicle. In this instance we will cover the reasonable cost of repair. If the vehicle cannot be returned for remedial work then contact us for authorisation to have the repair completed in your locality. This must be notified before undertaking repair. If the fault was not pre existing - in other words occurring at some point after collection then this will be deemed not to be pre existing at point of sale and therefore chargeable. For your peace of mind all retail sales in excess of £5000 to private buyers receive 6 months complimentary warranty. For sales from £3000 to £5000 3 months limited warranty applies. Sales under £3000 are not covered by warranty. All retail sales receive a multi point check, servicing as required and a new MOT prior to delivery.


14 day return/exchange plan and Distance Seller Regulations


If you buy a wheelchair access car from us we now treat all wav sales as if sold under distance seller regulations. This allows you to buy with confidence regardless of where the sale is completed. We offer you a 14 day right of return or exchange. To be fair to both parties we are allowed to reclaim modest expenses against the refunded sale price including cleaning, damage, mileage covered and collection mileage costs after deducting reasonable test drive mileage (usually 20 miles).


We charge £0.50p per mile over the first 20 miles up to 100 miles. Over 100 miles is charged at £1.00 per mile. Cleaning and valet costs for returned vehicles are £40 per vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles will be additionally charged. Damaged is charged at cost as quoted by the repairer.

The 14 day period starts from the day of delivery or collection. You must notify us in writing by verified post or email NOT by telephone. You must not use the vehicle once you have activated the return process but it must remain insured by you and taxed if parked on road until returned to us or collected. If parked off road it can be SORN. You will receive your refund by the same method you paid immediately we have the vehicle and all documentation, keys and accessories in our possession. If you choose to exchange for another vehicle we will arrange a changeover once all documentation is in place. You can exchange for a vehicle of higher or lower value.

Please note we now regard all sales as distance sales BUT you may not qualify for distance seller protection if you ask for additional adaptation, customisation, special requirements or personalisation of the vehicle. We will advise you of this prior to agreeing to sell you an adapted car.

There are however certain exclusions. The main exclusions are:

  1. All caravan, campervan, motorhome and day van sales
  2. Bespoke orders for adaptations and accessories over and above the standard wheelchair access vehicle specification. The price of these will be separately invoiced and non refundable.
  3. Certain exclusions that will be detailed in pre sales information.
  4. Non adapted vehicle sales
  5. Trade to trade and business to business sales.
  6. Part exchange losses. (Where the onward sale of a px vehicle is at a loss).
  7. Evidence of misuse, neglect, unisured loss and/or wilful damage
  8. If we are selling you a vehicle with faults for you to repair. We will state known faults.

  9. Unroadworthy vehicle sales (these vehicles must be transported).
